Junior Highs and Middle Schools can currently only participate in Zero Hero Seat Belts. Once you complete the rest of the form, click on the Seat Belts link below.

Contact Information

The basic requirements of a Zero Hero activity are:

  • pre-observations
  • 3 weeks of activities/messaging in a row that focus on the particular risk you’re observing
  • post-observations

Complete the steps and submit both pre- and post-observation forms to us, as well as activity forms for all of the outreach activities, for All-Stars credit.
