Activity Materials Download Request

Complete the following and you will be directed to a page to download printable files.

Why do we ask for this information? TDS utilizes this information a few ways.

  • We keep track of how many people see the materials and where. Our sponsors dig this information!
  • If you are a school, this is a great way to know that the resources we sweat over are reaching you.
  • We hope you like what you find, but we also hope you are getting benefit from it. We track downloads and try to keep materials fresh. If something is not downloaded much, we remove it. If something is downloaded a lot, we give high-fives and learn a little more about what messaging you are looking for.

Questions? Please ask.

Do you have to fill this out every time? Nah. When you get to the next page where all the fun begins, bookmark it! We’ll never know.
