Be the Light – Nighttime Bulletin Board Activity

Bulletin boards in high-traffic areas provide you with a great opportunity to reach your peers. Use the “Be the Light” bulletin board resources provided in your resource kit to create a bulletin board that provides valuable information and starts a conversation about the risks of driving at night, and tips on how to be safe. These materials are designed to be cut out and displayed on a bulletin board, window, or another high-traffic area on your campus(minimum 4′ x 6′ area).

On Friday, November 15, 2024, over 160 passionate youth advocates and transportation safety professionals gathered at the Marriott Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas, for the Youth Transportation Summit. This event provided a unique platform for attendees to engage with the latest research, best practices, and innovative strategies aimed at combating risky traffic behaviors. The Summit featured a series of insightful sessions and breakout discussions, fostering collaboration and inspiring attendees to drive positive change in their communities.
