Apply to be Teen of the Month!

A Teen of the Month is someone who stands out in their Teens in the Driver Seat® group. Do you motivate your friends, family and classmates? Do you spread the safe teen driving message whenever and however possible? Sounds like you have what it takes to be a Teen of the Month!

To be considered as a Teen of the Month, you must:

Be a junior high or high school student at a program school (have a TDS active team),
Be involved in a Teens in the Driver Seat® program or a traffic safety advocate through being a great example, or leading or participating in traffic safety outreach and messaging, and
We must have a complete video/photo release form on record.

Submit your application to be the Teens in the Driver Seat® Teen of the Month. Just fill out the stuff below and submit it.
