TDS Rail Safety Kit, Sponsored by Union Pacific

Sign Up to Receive Your TDS Rail Safety Toolkit: Presented by Union Pacific

Have you heard about our TDS rail safety tool kit sponsored by Union Pacific?! Here is a quick look at all the great opportunities for your students:

Rail Safety Facts:

For those on foot, trespassing along railroad rights-of-way is the leading cause of rail-related deaths in America. About every three hours, a trespasser or highway user is hit by a train.

These staggering statistics occur regardless of over half of public crossings having active warning devices (including gates, bells, and/or flashing lights). We have a duty to ensure our teen pedestrians and drivers are prepared with Rail Safety knowledge. Our Toolkit is the perfect  resource — no matter if your classroom is online or in person!

The TDS Rail Safety Kit Includes:

  • Rail Safety Kit: Floor decal, vinyl banner, window clings, and posters
  • Pedestrian Safety Kit: yards signs and posters
  • Virtual Resources: Download your virtual resources anytime through our website

All of these items can be used for your school’s outreach and to earn All-Star points! Share your outreach efforts and photos with us for a chance to be featured on our social media channels.

Great News!

If you are an existing school, the Rail Safety toolkit is being mailed to your classroom! If you have interest in signing up, please click the link below for more information and a simple registration process.
