You may be dress shopping with your girlfriends, or getting ready to rent that tux, either way Teens in the Driver Seat wants to remind you to have a happy and safe prom.
One way of reminding people to stay safe on prom night is to incorporate TDS into your prom.
- Print the five driving dangers for teens on the back of prom tickets.
- Along with prom king and queen, crown a safe driving queen and king.
- Display TDS posters at the entrance of the prom.
- After prom, give away smarties and dum dums to everyone leaving—if the driver and passengers are wearing their seatbelts, they get a smartie, if not, a dum dum.
Have fun this year at prom, but keep in mind that you only have one life. Don’t let one night decide the rest of it for you. Check out the five driving dangers for teens for more ideas.
