The North America International Auto Show in Detroit is opening today. Car lovers everywhere are waiting to see what will be introduced. The focus on efficiency and cost is obvious. Even Porsche is into the hybrid game and is introducing a high-performance hybrid with the 918 RSR. While a Porsche may not be on your list of affordable cars, many of you will be in the market for new efficient vehicles soon and there are options being introduced. For instance, Volkswagon is introducing the 2012 Passat at a new lower price of around $20,000 and higher gas mileage of 43 mpg. Toyota is also working hard to gain your love with a new wagon version of the Prius. And, Hyundai is introducing a new three-door Veloster hatchback. That’s right, three doors – two on the passenger side and only one on the driver’s side. This is only a small sample of the 30-40 anticipated worldwide debuts scheduled for this week. Visit the Virtual Show Floor to dream about your new car and tell us which one you’d love to have.
