My sister and I just dropped one of our friends off at there house. We were on our way back home (it was at night) we were talking and I glanced over at my sister and then back at the road and I saw an animal run out in front of me and I swerved and lost control of my car. I saw that we were in some grass so I hit my brakes and my car flipped. When we flipped my side of the car hit the ground first and got the worse of the impact, we then rolled onto my sisters side of the car. We were upside down in my car for at least 30 minutes until first responders found us. We had minor injuries. I have now learned from that experience that you hit the animals (unless they’re bigger than your car) instead of swerving from them.
