Congratulations to the following high schools for their winning entries in the 2009 “Driving the Message” contest sponsored by State Farm Insurance and the Texas Department of Transportation. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will receive $1000, $500, and $250 cash awards. Entries in the video/PSA, poster, and overall program categories were judged on originality, creativity and by how well they followed the messages that are central to the TDS program.
