Heat!
Current temperature: 97 degrees! This Georgia heat is really taking a toll on us. Unfortunately, I have always heard that using the air conditioning wastes a lot of your gas! I was very curious so I did some research. I found out some interesting facts. If you are driving at a speed of anywhere from 0 to 40 MPH, it is generally recommended you do not use your air conditioner. Using the air conditioner at a speed less than 40 MPH will unnecessarily use gas. If you are driving at speeds greater than 40 MPH, it is more fuel efficient to roll up the windows and turn on the air conditioning. Who knew there were tricks to saving gas and money through your AC?
