Kudos to Creekview High School!
In the fall they kicked-off their TDS program with a crashed car, to remind their peers of the consequences of distracted driving. They also hung giant distractions on the walls of their high school in an effort to remind teens of the potential distractions they face every day while driving.
The team showcased TDS at their pep rallies throughout the football season and even held a “funny car race” where participants had to eat and text while driving.
They also won first place in the Overall Program category of the Driving the Message contest and their teacher/sponsor, Mrs. Reese was a 2008-2009 TDS Sponstar winner.
For all their hard work and dedication throughout the year, Creekview’s TDS team received a plaque and each member received a certificate of recognition.
Way to go Creekview!
